Projects

Haven't blogged for a while. Have been working a lot and when I am home have been knitting. Have finished several projects. Have finished my mitered afghan for my grandson Greer. Have also been working on dishcloths and dishtowels, as some how mine have disappeared. Have worked out the dishcloths from a pattern on this website:

by Eileen Montgomery

But I converted it to my PASSAP knitting machine. They have turned out really nice. I am using Crochet cotton from Joann's. It is size 10 crochet cotton. I have it at Tension 6 on both beds and use the Afghan Lovely pattern. Tucking every second row.

Have used the dishcloth already and it does fine as a dishcloth. It is the right size and absorbs just fine. I can bleach them when needed, and the cotton thread is easy to get in this rural area.

blogging

This will be a blog about my crafts, grandchildren and children.

My son just started his first day back to college today. He has decided to go back to college to become a nurse as he can't find a job anywhere. He did live in California and came back home to Indiana to go back to college.
